This is something that is very easy to create. Let's take a look at the example I've chosen for this. Step 1 --> Copy the sfx and paste it on the scan. Like this.  Take a look above your screen. You should get to see the icon to warp the text.  Step 2 --> Click on that icon. You can choose from a couple of styles. Also play a little with the numbers for Bend, Horizontal Distortion and Vertical Distortion. For this example I'll make use of this style and numbers.  This is how it looks like.  After making the size bigger and adding a white stroke of 2px, it looks like this.  Here are three other examples.
