While we wait on translations, why not create your own ending?
For example:
(ZOMG SPOILERS GUYS)
1. Makoto's dad is actually a tentacle monster.
2. Makoto never actually has sex with her cousin. Instead, she marries her mother.
3. The magic phone is actually a highly advanced surveillance device planted by the NSA so they can spy on Japanese schoolgirls.

For me the best ending would be a nice sex scene between Makoto and her cousin Hiromi ^^
I don't want any boys to interfere them in next chapters
