Better PM control:
- with email notice
- search user (thus no need to insert user id)
- read your pm's in out box
Better posting messages:
- preview message before post it
- multi-quote (much script work)
- short thread view below the message edit, so you can read little back
(this is same in phpBB)
Better follow/read forum:
- jump to latest post in thread
- page numbers above every page.
- possible latest posts box
Of course there are some errors:
- wrong page numbering system
- not good conversion escaped japanese chars.
The errors shall be fixed over some days.
PM is already little fixed. There is now previous message preview above the message box if you want send new one.

this might be a bit picky, but the background colour of the seperate messages might be a bit darker, or in alternate colours. If you open a thread now, it all looks a bit messy, since there's no clear distinction between messages.
Since you're building this thing from scratch, good work though!

Good advice. I shall check it and modify the script soon.
P.S.: Only forum script is not from the scratch, but i have modify it very much than original script from site (link below every forum page), fixing errors, add more functions to make it better.

mail notification would be critical. If possible, it should be activable for PMs only, all subscribed threads (possibly containing a UTF-8 text-only version of the full post) and all threads (mailing list style).
