If you read another posts better, there are total 5 volumes out. 
That are all 5 volumes for BnFnT, yes....

Well, i do only scans and edits. But i cannot translate them. It's all thanks to some translators who want help me with translations. I'm most thankful to boke who do the most work.

I hope vol 5 ends on a good note I feel like the guys persuing Makoto are going to have their hearts broken. Some of the guys have honest caring feelings for her too especially in protecting her.
