Well, RSS feed is possible, but i must check out how i can make it.
Is it for new torrents, or do you want follow project news?

RSS is short and quick information protocol. With many RSS readers, you can receive quickly short messages from sites. Think for example about headers and first 2 rows from your your emailbox.
