Just look at www.manganews.net. You can find some sites where you can find the chapters or they're licensed.
Kill me, Kiss me -> licensed! That means no downlands, you must buy from Tokyopop.
Host Club -> Also licensed. No downloads. Buy manga volumes please. Full name: Ouran Koukou Host Club
